ABB OnTime Delivery Metric Definition

This document defines ABB's OnTime Delivery (OTD) metric for supplier performance, measuring delivery timeliness against the requested date rather than the supplier-confirmed date. It specifies that a delivery is considered "OnTime" only if it arrives within a window of zero days late and infinite days early, with complete deliveries inside this corridor scoring 100% OTD and any deviation outside scoring 0%.
