Smart Analyzer 90 Preventive Maintenance Addendum

This addendum provides a preventive maintenance procedure for exercising three switches (SW5, SW6, SW7) on the Input/Output circuit board of the Smart Analyzer 90 to prevent heat buildup from contact resistance. The maintenance interval is six months or when the unit is out of service, and includes steps to remove power, verify zero voltage, and cycle switches between 110 and 220 positions.
