GT SoftGOT2000 and GT Simulator3 Script Offset Bug Technical Bulletin

This technical bulletin describes a software bug in GT SoftGOT2000 and GT Simulator3 (versions 1.235V to 1.240A) where specifying an offset using a temporary device area (TMP) for reading an external device in a script function fails, reading the base device value instead.
