NGC8106 Online Gas Chromatograph Field Trial Report

This document details field trials comparing the ABB NGC8106 online gas chromatograph against composite sampling methods for measuring the energy content of residue natural gas at Enterprise Products. The trials, conducted over three periods in 2012-2013, show the NGC8106 provides reliable, real-time Btu and component analysis with minimal relative difference to composite samples, while avoiding sampling errors and maintenance issues.
