Stressometer Flatness Control System Installation Case Study

This document describes the successful installation of ABB's Stressometer flatness control system with the Extended Singular Value Decomposition (ESVD) control strategy at a precision stainless steel company in Taiwan. The system increased productivity by 2 percent on two cluster mills, enabled fully automatic operation, and earned high trust from operators who now rely on it more than manual methods.
