LJ-X8000 Series 2D/3D Laser Profiler Introduction

This document introduces the LJ-X8000 Series, a new wide field-of-view, high-accuracy 2D/3D laser profiler designed for height-based inline inspection. It contrasts traditional 2D contrast-based visual inspection, which is unstable with subtle shading variations and affected by color/pattern, with the 3D height-based approach that enables stable detection of uneven surfaces, accurate measurement of width, height, area, and volume, and is unaffected by surface colors or patterns.
