LumiTrax Processing Algorithm and CA-DQW40X Square LED Light

This document describes the LumiTrax™ processing algorithm, which captures ultra-high-speed images with controlled partial lighting from different directions to separate shape (surface irregularity) and texture (pattern) images for defect inspection. It also provides specifications and dimensions for the CA-DQW40X square LED light, including its 400 mm inner diameter, power consumption, and environmental resistance, suitable for stable inspection of large targets.
