IL Series Laser Displacement Sensor Accuracy Guide
This document explains how to determine the required accuracy of a laser displacement sensor based on a given tolerance, using the example of a ±0.1 mm tolerance to illustrate the proportion of acceptable measurements at different accuracy levels. It also covers variations caused by target surface properties (reflectance, roughness, material) and how the IL Series sensor adapts to these variations through parameter optimization and wave pattern analysis.
