ABB’s FlexBuffer™ is a robotic order handling system designed for fast, flexible, and efficient sequencing, buffering, and storage of items in retail and consumer product businesses. It features two versions (single item for totes and mixed items with an adjustable gripper for parcels, trays, and crates), handles up to 50kg payload, stores up to 600 totes, and achieves up to 500 cycles per hour.
