V7 Low HP Disturb Function Addition Technical Bulletin

This document describes the addition of a Disturb function to the Traverse Software V7 for low horsepower drives (4kW and less), including new constants (n040-n044) for waveform selection, amplitude, jump, and slope times. It also details the configuration of additional multi-function inputs and outputs for enabling/disabling the disturb function and indicating disturb status.
