ABB Paint Robot Programming I (IRC5P) Course Description

This document describes a 4.5-day ABB robotics training course focused on operating and programming paint robots using the teach pendant, RobotStudio, and related software. Participants learn safety, program creation and modification, error handling, synchronization, I/O and movement instructions, PaintWare functionality, and object tracking with a moving conveyor.
