DL405 Slice I/O System Overview and Specifications

This document describes the Slice I/O system, a form of remote I/O for DL405 PLCs that combines a remote base, slave unit, and I/O modules into a single compact block, allowing I/O points to be located up to 915 feet (300m) from the CPU via an RS-485 daisy chain.
