SYSMAC-XR014 Dimension Measurement Library Manual

This document describes a Sysmac library (SYSMAC-XR014) for NJ/NX/NY controllers that provides Function Blocks to easily calculate dimensions such as thickness, flatness, level difference, and height using displacement sensors. It highlights significant programming time reduction (up to 85%) and offers solutions for both contact (E9NC) and non-contact (ZW-7000/5000) sensing, including 2D shape measurement and tracer control.
