MFP2N and MFP3N CC-Link Communication LSIs Marking Change Notice

This technical bulletin announces a change in the print position of the lead-free/RoHS directive compliant identification dot mark on Mitsubishi CC-Link dedicated communication LSIs MFP2N and MFP3N. The change, implemented in August and October 2014 respectively, affects only the marking location; specifications, functions, pin assignments, and packaging remain unchanged.
