OnSite ProDiag MV Relay Diagnostic Service Description

This document describes Schneider Electric's OnSite ProDiag MV Relay diagnostic service, which assesses the condition and configuration settings of medium voltage protection relays to mitigate risks of undetected degradation, such as tripping time drifts and wrong settings. The service aims to improve protection of people and goods, reduce shutdown costs, and optimize total cost of ownership through regular diagnostics and comprehensive reporting.
