VR-6000 Series 3D Optical Profilometer Introduction

This document introduces the VR-6000 Series 3D Optical Profilometer, featuring a motorized rotation unit for high-speed, non-contact measurement of profiles, flatness, roughness, and entire surface topography in as little as one second. It highlights new capabilities for rotational scanning around the full circumference of a part, HDR algorithms for both matte and shiny surfaces, and submicron-resolution visualization of complex shapes for GD&T and dimensional analysis.
