EcoStruxure Reference Design 109: AI Factory Data Center

This document details a validated reference design for a 7,392 kW, Tier III data center optimized for AI factories, specifically supporting three NVIDIA GB200 NVL72-based 1152 GPU clusters with liquid cooling. It covers facility power with 3+1 distributed redundant UPS and diesel generators, facility cooling using chilled water and fluid coolers with adiabatic assist, and IT space designed for rack densities up to 132 kW.
