TAC Continuum BMS Solution for Large Commercial Buildings

This document describes a Building Management System (BMS) solution that integrates multiple subsystems—including heating, cooling, lighting, blinds, and access control—to maximize energy efficiency and reduce operating costs in large commercial buildings. It highlights the use of TAC Continuum supervision, DALI and SMI gateways, and Xenta controllers, along with presence and daylight detectors, to achieve up to 30% energy savings and secure green certification.
