Flexima PCD Software Option for Satchwell BAS Manual

This document describes the Flexima PCD software option for the Satchwell Building Automation System (BAS), which formats logged and alarm data into text files for compatibility with other software packages. It supports integration with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like MAXIMO and CONCEPT 300, as well as spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel and Lotus 123, enabling automated work orders, reports, and data analysis.
