SM2000 SmartMedia Hardware Installation Guide

This document provides instructions for fitting SmartMedia hardware to SM2000 Videographic Recorders, including a required modification for instruments manufactured prior to January 2002 that need a 47µF capacitor fitted by an approved service engineer. It also details the procedure for downloading and installing the necessary Application Code (version 8.0 or later) and System Code (version 6.0 or later) to support the upgrade.
