Fidelio Front Office PIU Protocol Interface Unit Manual

This document describes the Fidelio Front Office PIU, a hardware and firmware interface that integrates a Satchwell Building Automation System (BAS) with a Fidelio Front Office hotel booking system. It enables the BAS to monitor room occupancy data derived from guest check-in/check-out information, mapping up to 349 digital input points per PIU for use in HVAC, lighting, and access control applications.
