XT Series 3D Measurement System Technology Guide

This document details the KEYENCE XT Series, a high-speed 3D measurement and appearance inspection system capable of capturing and processing 9.44 megapixel images over a 60 × 60 mm field of view in as little as 0.6 seconds.
